Most of the plans are now in order, but we decided we should have lunch to firm up some last minute details. Noemi's speaking schedule at the school is in place, and Robin has some plans for us as well. Saturday evening (the day after we arrive in Taipei), the plan is to go see Robin and Pat's daughter Sam (a 9th grader) in her school play "The Pajama Game". Sunday evening, Robin and Pat are having a dinner in our honor. The principals from the school will be there. I am hoping to go to one of Taipei's famous
night markets while we are there, but touring will depend on our energy and how it will work around what our main focus is....Noemi speaking to the students.
We were told that Mr. Sun will be our driver while we are in Taipei. He will take us back and forth to the airport, be our driver to school and back each day, take us for some sightseeing and he will get us back and forth to Robin and Pat's home. I could get used to this kind of travel !
We leave in one week.
I know those doors... are you at the Colophon? More importantly, where will you be eating lunch at this time next week? Wahoo!
