We Made It !

We had an easy drive down to Seattle. SeaTac is a breeze that late at night too. We sat having lattes, iced coffee and snacks at 11pm and marveled how this all came together and that we were actually on our way! We heard a story about someone falling asleep and missed their late night flight, so we were all on alert.

  We had been booked into Economy Elite. This was supposed to be business class leg room with economy food. While it was more leg room, it wasn't enough for me to sit straight. There were bulk head seats available though, so we moved to those and actually had a comfortable 12 hour and 45 minte flight. We had dinner 2 hour into the flight. A couple hours before landing breakfast was offered ... a choice of an omlette or fish porridge. We took the omlette. After Ken's steak tar tar incident in Paris our motto is "when in Rome do as Bellinghamsters do".

  We zipped throuh customs. The sniffing beagles must have still been sleeping, as they didn't pick up on all the loot we brought for Robin. Mr, Sun greeted us, as did the pouring rain "You know typhoon?" Just a storm parked off the coast today, no biggie.

  We're at our hotel Ambassador and will crash now. More later .....
